So many women spend countless hours and endless dollars planning the perfect wedding. Everything is perfect except for the overwhelming feelings of insecurity as they walk down the isle.

Unfortunately, most women are so busy and stressed from all the planning that they fail to make time for their health and fitness. I was approached by my wife's friend who asked me to help her lose some weight for her wedding which was coming up shortly. I set her out a program and then she started to continue running with my wife. She was so impressed that she sent her husband along to see me. I then received a phone call from one of her bridesmaid who had seen the results. I was still able to help her tighten up her hips and thighs, tone up her arms, and drop the excess body fat she was hoping to get rid of.

Since then, after working with many other bride's to be, I decided that I would be able to help a lot more women get in shape for their weddings by making my program available to everyone.
