SILVER MEDAL SERVICE-This is designed for the couple who wants to play together as well as be together. Also great for clients who want to work out with a friend. Our personal trainer will give both clients expert advice as you work out together.

BRONZE MEDAL SERVICE-This is designed for work mates or friends. They have a limit of three and our trainer works with each of you. The benefit of this type of class is that it is cost effective whilst you still get the personalized service that you deserve. Groups will be organized for you if you do not have one.
