After the birth of your child, it is no secret that it is hard work to get your body back into the pre-birth shape. Your body has gone through a great deal and with the correct physical work, it will be on its way to where it once was. It has been scientifically proven that physical exercise may have the following benefits:

  • Fat loss and improved muscle tone
  • Greater energy and improved circulation
  • Faster healing process after childbirth
  • A reduction in lower back pain and improved posture
  • Improvement in sleeping patterns
  • Stress relief

Along with this, the bonding that you and your child enjoy will be markedly improved. The socialisation that you enjoy and the friendships that are made will also make this one of the most pleasurable experience that you will enjoy as a new mum. You will not require babysitters, crèche etc as the exercise will be done with your child.

Sessions will be conducted outdoors and the only equipment required will be the stroller that you supply( and a smile). The workouts can be utilised by everyone from mother, father up to grandparent.

After every session, a local cafe will be named as a meeting point so bring some loose change for that chat after our workout.

A medical certificate will be required for all participants.
